Aim and background

The 10th IFToMM International Symposium on Robotics and Mechatronics (ISRM 2028) will be hosted by the National Central University in Taoyuan City (Taiwan) from June 21st to 23rd 2028. Every two years since 2009, the IFToMM ISRM provides an international platform for scientists, industrial and students to exchange their latest original research in the fields of robotics and mechatronics in order to stimulate the exchange of new visions and innovative ideas. Supported by the IFToMM Technical Committees of “Robotics and Mechatronics”, previous ISRM in Hanoi (Vietnam) in 2026, in Djerba (Tunisia) in 2024, in Qingdao (China) in 2021, in Taipei (Taiwan) in 2019, in Sydney (Australia) in 2017, in Poitiers (France) in 2015, in Singapore in 2013, in Shanghai (China) in 2011 and in Hanoi (Vietnam) in 2009.

Topics

Authors are invited to submit their papers on topics related to theory, design, practice and industrial application of mechanism and transmission, which non-exclusively include: Mechanism design, Modelling and simulation, Kinematics and dynamics of multibody systems, Control methods, Navigation and motion planning, Sensors and actuators, Bio-robotics, Micro/nano-robotics, Complex robotic systems, Walking machines and humanoids robots, Parallel kinematic structures, Smart devices, ​AI-driven design and control, Diagnostics, prognostics and health management.
