The registration fees include the access to technical sessions, all social events, lunch breaks, coffee breaks, electronic proceedings, conference kits and shuttle buses.
People registered as “accompanying person” will be able to participate to all social events but will not be allowed to attend conference sessions or receive the conference kit.
IFToMM-Rate Delegate Eligibility:
The IFToMM-Rate is applied to participants affiliated with an institution from a country represented by an IFToMM Member Organization. Eligibility is determined by the participant’s institutional affiliation, rather than nationality.
Special-Rate Delegate Eligibility:
The Special-Rate is intended to support participation from countries and regions where international conference registration fees may represent a comparatively high financial burden relative to local academic funding conditions. Eligibility is determined by the participant’s institutional affiliation, rather than nationality.
For participants affiliated with an institution represented by an IFToMM Member Organization, the Special Rate applies exclusively to the following countries: Armenia · Azerbaijan · Georgia · Kazakhstan · Lebanon · Mexico · Montenegro · Peru · Serbia · Tunisia · Turkey · Vietnam.
To encourage participation from Southeast Asia, the following countries are eligible for the Special Rate despite not being represented by an IFToMM Member Organization: Cambodia · Indonesia · Laos · Malaysia · Myanmar · Philippines · Thailand · Timor-Leste.
